Do my points expire?
Yes, points last for 12 months from the date issued. You just use them within 1 year of the receipt of your points for them to be redeemed.
Can I retroactively apply codes to an order?
Unfortunately, we cannot apply your points to an order already placed. Please always sign in and access your points prior to placing an order.
I had Smile points, did those all migrate over?
Yes! You don't have to do anything. Whatever existing Smile points you had before have been ported over here in the new ratio to points in our updated loyalty system.
Are my point codes stackable?
Codes generated through the loyalty program are able to be used one time per purchase and cannot be stacked with other loyalty codes. You can stack the loyalty codes with an additional shipping / product code should a promotion be going on.
